WHY APPLY?
Performers
Unlike typical auditions where fitting into a predefined role is key, working with new musical works offers a unique opportunity. In the world of original musicals, new characters need fresh performers who bring them to life. The perfect role for you might not exist in the commercial sphere yet—it might be waiting just around the corner, ready to be shaped by your unique talent. So, take a chance and apply. Your role might be written with you in mind.
WRITERS
Original musical theatre thrives on fresh ideas and voices. Unlike established shows, where stories have been told countless times, new works offer writers the chance to break boundaries and explore uncharted territory. Your story, characters, and vision might be just what the musical theatre world has been waiting for. Don’t wait for the right opportunity to come along—be the one to create it. Share your work, and who knows? Your next musical might just be the one to shape the stage in a whole new way.
